Payment can be by cheque, BACS, standing order and online card payments. Cash not accepted. Unpaid cheques (i.e. bounced or unpaid due to changing your bank) will be charged at £10.00 in addition to the value of the cheque. Please be aware that due to the perishable nature of our goods we are unable to accept cancellations less than 5 working days before your delivery is due. If you need to cancel within this period please donate your veg to the Cyrenians or a neighbour. If you are unsatisfied with any of our products xtreme organix will be happy to offer a replacement item, or a discount against your next purchase, which will be credited to your account balance.  Alternatively we can offer a refund.  Due to the perishable nature of fruit and veg, we can only offer replacements or refunds if you notify us on the day of receipt of your purchase.
